Adult Day Program
Community Participation: Empowering individuals with disabilities to be actively involved in local activities, services, and decision-making processes.
Make friends: This is a friendly environment, where we encourage participants to engage with one another through activities and outings.
Life Skills: Promoting independence by focusing on skill-building in areas such as personal hygiene, communication, cooking or meal preparation, basic housekeeping, money management, teamwork, goal setting, public transport, nutrition, physical activities, driving lessons, and short courses.
Recreational Activities: We offer a variety of inclusive and engaging activities tailored to different interests and abilities, including arts and crafts, physical activities, music and dance, games and puzzles, social activities, and mindfulness and relaxation sessions.
Day Trips: This is designed to offer an enriching, enjoyable, and inclusive experience for adults with disabilities.
Enrollment: If you are interested in enrolling in our program, please complete the Expression of Interest form. We will then contact you to schedule a meeting and provide the necessary enrollment documentation.
