If you're looking for a safe and welcoming space for a person with a disability to play, relax, make friends, and engage in fun activities, come along to our Open Play Sessions.
All participants must be actively supervised by a responsible adult.
Open Play Sessions are available on Saturdays and throughout the school holidays.
Please bring your own food and drinks, as our café is closed.
Bookings are essential and must be made online.

The staff went above and beyond to meet MY neuro-diverse needs when it come to making my cup of tea. They were so patient with me and nonjudgemental. I can’t thank them enough.
My 6 year old always feels so included and has so much fun. The sense of belonging in a social environment is so important. He’s little brother who is 4 loves all the toys and playing with other kids.

My son Blade love going to my puzzle house, it have many activities for him to try and also plenty of sensory activities that he enjoys playing with. Blade always have a giggle on his face playing at my puzzle house. The staffs are all very supportive and friendly. It’s a safe environment for my son that is diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. My NDIS participant siblings LOVE coming to the Puzzle House. They request it every time we have respite. Compared to other indoor play centres it is calm, well balanced sensory wise, and the people are always lovely.
Being an all abilities space we feel safe and welcome and the general vibe is one of community and acceptance.

My daughter loved the sensory room, she found it very calming and interesting to watch the bubble tube and bubbles with fish. My son loved playing with the other children. They also enjoyed the food activites and had fun!

My son attended the Saturday social group and the school holiday program and each time he's had a fantastic time and asks daily to go back. I'd been struggling to find an after school activity for my son where he felt both comfortable and included. The team at My Puzzle House are incredible. My 3year old enjoyed exploring and playing on the fun equipment. She loved the sensory room which was a nice soothing and relaxing environment. Fantastic place for my son who has a global developmental delay,the sensory room was a super hit with us,especially with my son. The swing and other equipment was very useful during my son's physio session.

My Puzzle House is a relaxed and welcoming environment and a nice change from the usual chaos of larger centres. There is something for all ages here. Well worth a visit.

My puzzle house makes my son, daughter and I feel so welcome and happy from the moment we step foot in the door. We are greeted by name, and even though we are just in for open play all of the staff come up and interact and socialise with my kids, will happily swing them and play with them and make each child there feel listened to, and make them so happy. After 2 hours at my puzzle house my son leaves with his sensory needs being met, relaxed muscles and so calm and happy. We are so excited to being our relationship with the holiday program too. 50 minutes drive be Damned, we love it too much!!

Came here with my two boys (2yrs & 7) , and they absolutely loved it, they had the hole centre to themselves, guess wasn't a busy time. We loved it so much we have booked in our sons party here in a few weeks time (hoepfully can go ahead ) we got a nice welcome and felt really relaxed while we were there. It's so clean and so many different things for the kids to do :)

Kruz always has an absolute ball. For a child that is non verbal and wheelchair bound he can par take in all areas at Puzzle house and always has a massive smile on his face when doing so.

My boys love it here. It's the place they needs, safe, private but fun, the equipment (slide, foam pit, swings and such) are in great condition. The place is clean, Mandy and Robyn have done an amazing job creating it and keeping it in mint condition. Every week my boys are so excited to come here. The support workers for the Care program are amazing, kudos to Maria for coordinating it. Best place for my kids!

I love this place!!! They have just opened the factory part and have turned it into a teenagers area. Darts, basketball, table tennis, etc. Over the school holidays they have so many different activities!

The staff and owners treat you like family! They are such amazing people! The facilities are incredible!!! The services (support workers, holiday program, etc) are phenomenal! Do yourself a favour and take your kids there! If you have a special needs child and a neuro-typical child, you can still take the neuro-typical child! I visit the puzzle house when I can and we get a support worker through there and they are incredible!!!
